Here's what Guelph Legion has going on for Remembrance Day
A time to remember
The Guelph Legion Branch 41 is preparing for Remembrance Day with an array of commemorative events. On November 11, the Legion will host its annual Remembrance Day ceremony at 10:45 am at the cenotaph in front of City Hall. The ceremony will feature a parade, wreath-laying, and a moment of silence to honor those who have served and sacrificed for Canada.
In addition to the ceremony, the Legion will also be holding a number of other events throughout the week leading up to Remembrance Day. These events include a Remembrance Day dinner on November 10, a veterans' breakfast on November 11, and a Remembrance Day dance on November 12.
