Town Info: Remembrance Day Road Closures

Parade route and surrounding streets to be closed

The Town of Smiths Falls will be holding its annual Remembrance Day parade and ceremony on November 11, 2023. In order to ensure the safety of all participants and attendees, several streets will be closed to traffic from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The following streets will be closed:

• Main Street East from Chambers Street to Brock Street
• Beckwith Street North from William Street to Main Street East
• William Street West from Beckwith Street North to Russell Street
• Russell Street from William Street West to Main Street East

Detours will be in place and motorists are asked to follow the direction of traffic control personnel.
