However, the student did not fulfill her obligations and did not submit her thesis for defense within the prescribed period. The university administration repeatedly reminded the student of the need to submit the thesis, but she ignored these requests.

As a result, the university administration filed a lawsuit against the student, demanding that she be expelled from the university and recover the cost of training. The court satisfied the university's claims and expelled the student. In addition, the court fined the woman 10,000 rubles.

The court's decision has not yet entered into legal force and can be appealed.
