Full list: Herefordshire road closures for Remembrance parades
Traffic disruptions expected as roads shut for annual commemorations
Herefordshire Council has released a list of road closures in the county for Remembrance Sunday parades and services.
The closures will be in place on Sunday, November 13, to allow for the safe passage of parades and services.
The following roads will be closed:
- High Town, Hereford - from the junction with East Street to the junction with St Peter's Square
- St Peter's Street, Hereford - from the junction with High Town to the junction with King Street
- King Street, Hereford - from the junction with St Peter's Street to the junction with Widemarsh Street
- Widemarsh Street, Hereford - from the junction with King Street to the junction with Holmer Road
- Holmer Road, Hereford - from the junction with Widemarsh Street to the junction with Commercial Road
- Commercial Road, Hereford - from the junction with Holmer Road to the junction with Victoria Street
- Victoria Street, Hereford - from the junction with Commercial Road to the junction with Eign Street
- Eign Street, Hereford - from the junction with Victoria Street to the junction with Edgar Street
- Edgar Street, Hereford - from the junction with Eign Street to the junction with Newtown Road
- Newtown Road, Hereford - from the junction with Edgar Street to the junction with Whitecross Road
- Whitecross Road, Hereford - from the junction with Newtown Road to the junction with Roman Road
- Roman Road, Hereford - from the junction with Whitecross Road to the junction with Ross Road
- Ross Road, Hereford - from the junction with Roman Road to the junction with Ledbury Road
- Ledbury Road, Hereford - from the junction with Ross Road to the junction with Belmont Road
- Belmont Road, Hereford - from the junction with Ledbury Road to the junction with Three Elms Road
- Three Elms Road, Hereford - from the junction with Belmont Road to the junction with Tupsley Road
- Tupsley Road, Hereford - from the junction with Three Elms Road to the junction with Holme Lacy Road
- Holme Lacy Road, Hereford - from the junction with Tupsley Road to the junction with Whitecross Road
- Whitecross Road, Hereford - from the junction with Holme Lacy Road to the junction with Roman Road
The closures will be in place from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Herefordshire Council is advising motorists to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra time for travel.
